Registration is complete when you submit a payment.

Attendance: To graduate successfully and receive a certificate, you must attend all days of the live instructor-led training for each module and complete the self-study.

Self-Study: Part of the training consists of self-study activities. You will be required to complete all self-study activities in an online Learning Management System (LMS). Some activities are due before the live training.

Technical Requirements: you need to be able to use Zoom for online meetings and have an adequate internet connection, camera, and microphone.

Tuition: Once you register you will receive a secured link for online payment. The cost of the course should be paid in full 24 hours after receiving a payment link. We accept all major credit cards. Tuition is subject to change without notice.

Refund PolicyYou can withdraw 7 days or more before the start of the live instructor-led training and receive 90% of the tuition back. 10% of the tuition is non-refundable. In order to receive a refund, you must not have accessed the course materials in the self-study Learning Management System (LMS). Refund requests must be received in writing and sent to hello@advancecoachinstitute.comNo refunds are given after the live training start date. 

Rescheduling a class: You can reschedule the live training once without any fee 7 days before the start of the training if a class date is available. We understand that your plans may change and will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Feel free to reach out and discuss your specific circumstances. If the live training has started and you need to miss more than 5 hours of the course, you will have the option to work with the instructor to cover the missed material at your own expense.
