Learn the fundamentals of coaching and how to lead effective sessions with confidence. You will understand and apply the ICF Core Competencies while practicing in a safe and supportive environment. Develop essential communication skills, including active listening and powerful questioning, and guide clients through discovery, growth, and goal setting. This course also helps you begin preparing to launch your own coaching practice.​
MODULE 2
ADVANCED SKILLS COURSE
30 hours hybrid ICF-Accredited training

Deepen your understanding of the ICF core competencies while expanding your coaching communication, including verbal, nonverbal, and emotional intelligence. Learn strategies that help clients increase awareness, creativity, and motivation, and guide them in rational decision-making while overcoming blind spots and biases. Learn how to support clients in achieving meaningful transformation, strategic goals, and mindset shifts.
MODULE 3
ICF-MENTORING PROGRAM
10 hours required for the ICF-ACC credential​
Starts after Module 2
The ADVANCE Coach Mentoring Program is designed for coaches who have completed Modules 1 and 2 and are preparing to apply for the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. This program also welcomes coaches seeking to renew their ACC or PCC credentials, or to upgrade from ACC to PCC. Delivered over three months, the program provides the required 10 hours of mentoring and includes a final performance evaluation.
