COURSE OVERVIEW
Deepen your understanding of the ICF core competencies while expanding your coaching communication skills, including verbal, nonverbal, and emotional intelligence. This course builds on the tools and techniques from Module 1 and focuses on strategies to help clients increase awareness, creativity, and motivation, while guiding them in rational decision-making and overcoming blind spots and biases. You will also learn how to support clients in achieving meaningful transformation, strategic goals, and mindset shifts. Peer-coaching sessions are integrated throughout the program to provide hands-on practice and real-world application. This course consists of 30 training hours distributed between self-study, live classroom training, theory, coaching practice, feedback, and discussions.

COURSE FORMAT AND DELIVERY
This hybrid course includes 30 hours of ICF-accredited training through a blend of self-study and live sessions. Self-paced activities are completed in our Learning Management System, while live training takes place via Zoom in small groups or one-on-one. Completion of all live sessions is required to receive a certificate.
TRAINING APPROACH AND TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
We provide a safe and supportive learning environment paired with a clear and structured curriculum. You will gain practical coaching tools that can be applied immediately, with a “learn by doing” approach that combines theory and hands-on practice. From day one, you will coach and experience coaching, fostering both your coaching skill development and personal growth.
COURSE MATERIALS
You will receive comprehensive training manual, coaching tools, and templates. You will also connect with like-minded peers, building supportive relationships and collaborations that enhance your learning experience. Upon completion of the program, you will receive a certificate.
INTENDED PARTICIPANTS
This course requires completion of Module 1 or a comparable ICF-specific coach training program of at least 30 hours. It focuses on developing advanced skills through the practical application of the ICF core coaching competencies.
TRAINING SCHEDULE
The live training is held via Zoom over one weekend. Sessions run Friday from 2:00–5:00 PM EST, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. Each day includes short breaks and integrated practice sessions to apply what you are learning in real time.
You will be required to complete part of the self-study before class. The program is delivered in English.
