Finally! A proven step-by-step system to get the coach training and education you need.
The ADVANCE Training Program is the fastest way to earn an ICF credential and gain confidence as a certified coach! Our certification program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and consists of 3 modules. After completing all 3, you can apply for the ICF Associate Certified Coach Credential (ACC). The training hours are distributed between self-study and live instructor-led training. The live training is delivered on weekends.
MODULE 1
CERTIFIED LIFE COACH COURSE
30 hours hybrid class
Learn the fundamentals of coaching as defined by ICF. Develop skills to help people create desirable changes in their lives. Learn how to apply the ICF coaching core competencies with clients. Lead a full coaching session. Prepare to start your coaching practice and brand.

ADVANCED SKILLS COURSE
30 hours hybrid class
A deeper dive into the ICF core competencies. Enhance your coaching communication skills including integrating body language, active listening, and employing emotional intelligence. Help clients with strategic decisions, goals, and change. Extensive practice sessions & feedback.

MODULE 3
ICF-MENTORING PROGRAM
10 hours, one-on-one or small groups
ICF requires 10 hours of mentoring for the ACC credential and performance evaluation of a recorded coaching session that you will provide.
The mentoring is also open to coaches who would like to renew their ICF credentials or upgrade from ACC to PCC credential.
