MODULE 3: ICF COACH MENTORING PROGRAM
EARN YOUR ICF CREDENTIAL FASTER! GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL MENTORING
PURPOSE
The ADVANCE Coach Mentoring Program provides professional assistance in achieving the level of coaching competency required for the desired ICF credential (ACC and PCC). Mentor Coaching means an applicant (mentee) being coached on their coaching skills rather than coaching on practice building, life balance, or other topics unrelated to the development of an applicant’s coaching skills. The program is delivered in English.

INTENDED PARTICIPANTS
The ADVANCE Coach Mentoring Program is designed for coaches who have completed Module 1 and Module 2 and are preparing to apply for the ICF- Credential. The program is also open to coaches who would like to renew their ACC\PCC credentials or upgrade from ACC to PCC.

DURATION
Mentor Coaching should take place over an extended time (three months minimum) in a cycle that allows for listening and feedback from the Mentor Coach while also allowing reflection and practice on the part of the individual being mentored.

METHODOLOGY
Mentoring will cover the updated ICF core competencies. Participants will have the opportunity to practice peer coaching in groups or provide recorded coaching calls for feedback. The mentoring is based on the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Markers. Mentoring meetings are held over Zoom. ACC applicants will prepare for the final performance evaluation which will be administered at the end of the program.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
The ADVANCE Mentoring Program consists of 10 mentor hours. Depending on the number of participants group mentoring and individual one-on-one mentoring are available. Maximum 7 hours may be group mentoring.
SCHEDULE
The schedule is customized based on the coach's preference and the mentor's availability.
