COURSE OVERVIEW

This training will equip you with essential coaching skills so that you can employ coaching as part of your everyday role as a leader or manager. The course is part of our ICF-Accredited Coach Certification program and will help you understand and apply key coaching competencies with individuals and teams. The course is an interactive "learn by doing" that will teach you the fundamentals of coaching.
