MENTORING PROGRAM REGISTRATION

Description of Service: The service provided to the Mentee (mentored coach) is coaching and mentor coaching as defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Mentoring can consist of the following: listening to recorded or live coaching sessions and providing feedback; coaching and mentoring on the Mentee coaching skills; providing additional learning about the ACC, or PCC level of competencies.

Ethical Standards: Mentee agrees to maintain the ethical standards of behavior set by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Mentee agrees NOT to sell said\shared information to any third party. Information exchanged during the mentoring program is to remain confidential with exceptions of circumstances outlined in the ICF Code of Ethics.

Expectations: Mentee agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the program in order to increase coaching skills and be ready for the ICF credentialing process. The mentor makes no guarantee as to the results achieved nor is responsible for the results achieved from the mentoring due to the subjective nature of the work.

DURATION

Mentor Coaching should take place over an extended time (three months minimum) in a cycle that allows for listening and feedback from the Mentor Coach while also allowing reflection and practice on the part of the individual being mentored.

METHODOLOGY

Mentoring will cover the updated ICF core competencies. Participants will have the opportunity to practice peer coaching in groups or provide recorded coaching calls for feedback. The mentoring is based on the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Markers. Mentoring meetings are held over Zoom. ACC applicants will prepare for the final performance evaluation which will be administered at the end of the program.

 

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

The ADVANCE Mentoring Program consists of 10 mentor hours. Depending on the number of participants, group mentoring and individual one-on-one mentoring are available. Minimum 3 hours must be individual 1:1 mentoring.

 

SCHEDULE

For students enrolling in Module 1+2+3: All required mentoring hours for Module 3 must be fully completed within twelve (12) months following the participant’s completion of Module 2 (Advanced Skills Course). Failure to complete the mentoring requirement within this time period may result in forfeiture of remaining mentoring hours and may require re-enrollment. The schedule is customized based on the coach's and the mentor's availability.

For students enrolling only in the mentoring program: All required mentoring hours for Module 3 must be fully completed within twelve (12) months following the enrollment in Module 3.  Failure to complete the mentoring requirement within this time period may result in forfeiture of remaining mentoring hours and may require re-enrollment. The schedule is customized based on the coach's and the mentor's availability.

TUITION: The cost of the mentoring program is $1,800 for 10 mentor hours. Check the registration page for package deals and current promotions.
